Privacy Policy

What we collect when you visit this website or contact us, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Written in plain language.

01Who we are

This website is run by Syncxperts ("Syncxperts", "we", "us"), a company that designs and builds websites, AI agents, automation and custom software. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

You can reach us at info@syncxperts.com or +92 334 3311998.

02What we collect

We only collect what we need to answer you and run this website:

  • Contact details you give us: your name, email address, company or project name, the service you are interested in, a rough budget if you choose to share one, and your message.
  • Anything you send us by email, phone or chat, and notes from calls we have with you.
  • Technical data that browsers send to every website, such as your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages you request. Our hosting provider keeps this in server logs for a short time for security and to keep the site running.
  • Cookie and storage data, described in the Cookies section below.

We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive personal data such as health information or financial account numbers through this website.

03How we use your data

  • To reply to your enquiry and arrange a call.
  • To prepare a proposal and, if we work together, to deliver and support the project.
  • To keep the website secure, prevent spam and fix problems.
  • To understand which pages are useful, but only if you allow analytics cookies.
  • To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

05Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting, email delivery, email and calendar tools, Calendly for booking calls, and project management tools. They may only use it to provide their service to us and must keep it secure.

We may also share data if the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or merger of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply.

06International transfers

We work with clients around the world, and some of our service providers store data in other countries. When your data is transferred across borders we use providers with appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, where the law requires them.

07How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not lead to a project: up to 24 months, so we have the context if you contact us again.
  • Client and project records: for as long as the project and any support run, and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
  • Server logs: for a short period, usually no more than 30 days.
  • Your cookie choice: 12 months, after which we ask again.

08Cookies and similar storage

Cookies and browser storage are small pieces of data saved on your device. We use two kinds:

  • Essential: needed for the site to work, for example to remember your cookie choice and that you have already seen the opening animation in this visit. These do not track you and cannot be turned off.
  • Analytics: help us see which pages visitors find useful, in aggregate. We only set them if you click Accept all. If you choose Only essential, no analytics cookies are used.

When you first visit, we ask for your choice and remember it on this device. To change it later, clear this site's data in your browser settings and you will be asked again on your next visit, or email us and we will help.

09How we protect it

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) on this website, limit access to personal data to the people who need it, and choose service providers with strong security practices. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will tell you without undue delay if a breach is likely to affect you.

10Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct or delete it.
  • Object to or restrict how we use it.
  • Ask us to transfer it to you or another company.
  • Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting earlier use.

To use any of these rights, email info@syncxperts.com. We reply within 30 days. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.

11Children

This website and our services are meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.

13Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top always shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will make it clear on this page.
